Genesys Conferencing is the service provider of the event and hence we are not in a position to be able to answer any questions linked to the general organization nor the content of the conference. For any questions along the lines of the following examples, please contact the hosting organization directly.
Question examples
"I have a question about the content of one of the slides that was covered during the conference. Can you please answer?"
"I have registered for the event on the “MM/DD/YYYY”, but I am no longer able to attend at this time. What can I do?"
"I need a dial in number for a country that is not on the list provided. Could you please send me one?"
"I would like a copy of the slides and have not been able to download a copy, can you mail/email them to me?"
You will be able to find the contact details of the person and/or hosting organization on the invitation you received for the conference or on the website where you found the event link.
Please note that you will not find the web link nor the conference dial in details to your event on the Genesys.com Website.
